The cottage in Watchet is a self catering holiday cottage, sleeping 8+2 (sofa bed) plus cot. Entrance is into the dining room, which leads to both the sitting room and kitchen and has stairs to the first floor.

The sitting room has French doors to the pretty walled garden, a fireplace with wood burning stove and wooden floor. The fitted kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob and electric oven. A door leads from the kitchen to the garden and parking area. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom/W.C. (shower over bath) and a cloakroom/W.C.

On the first floor - The double bedroom has balcony with views over the marina and garden, en-suite bathroom/W.C.

Two twin bedrooms, one with views of the steam railway, the other with views out to sea. Shower room/W.C. Sitting room with sofa bed for + 2 and views out to sea. Outside is a pretty walled private garden with lawn, flower beds, pond (covered) and patio seating area. To the side of the house is parking for 2 cars.

The Cottage is NO SMOKING and includes:-
